Eclectic musical experience

Golden Moon is a versatile musical group based in Alsace, renowned for their wide-ranging repertoire that spans multiple genres and eras. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant 1920s through the glamorous 1950s and beyond, they perform a rich mix of jazz, blues, bossa nova, and more. Their performances showcase their ability to seamlessly navigate different styles and periods, offering audiences a dynamic and engaging musical experience.

Their setlist includes timeless classics from the 20s, 50s, and later decades, along with contemporary romantic ballads. They also perform beloved songs from movies and video games, creating a captivating and magical atmosphere suitable for audiences of all ages.

The  vocalists sing in multiple languages, including English, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian, adding an international dimension to their performances. Thanks to their broad stylistic range and linguistic versatility, Golden Moon provides a rich musical journey that celebrates global traditions and eras.

Luna, the leader of the duo, has a profound background in the arts. She started playing the harp at the age of 6. She initially studied the folkloric harp in Quito, Ecuador. Later, she integrated into a specialized music school in Rome, where all the students had passed a rigorous selection process. She then studied music at the Conservatorio Superior de Sevilla in Spain, and subsequently completed her studies at the Conservatoire National de Région de Lyon.

In addition to her classical training, Luna studied Modern Jazz Dance with Fabrice Pierre and also trained in Modern Jazz and Tap Dance with Alice Kay. She was part of a revue cabaret troupe in Lyon and also performed as a singer in the operetta company Cala in Lyon.

Later on, she collaborated on several programs for French television, including TF1 and M6. She also worked as a presenter for Sky in Lugano, Switzerland, and participated in the musical "Romeo and Julia" for Teleticino in 2016.

In 2020, Luna founded Academia cum Laude, where she teaches music, dance, and foreign languages to aspiring artists, sharing her extensive knowledge and love for the arts. Previously, she served as a harpist at the prestigious Lyon Opera, showcasing her versatile talents and deep engagement with the performing arts.

Their performances frequently include beloved selections from movies and video games, crafting a captivating experience that appeals to fans of all ages. With their combined talent, passion, and versatility, Golden Moon  is ready to make a remarkable impact on the music scene.

Stage experience

Luna, who studied music in America, Italy, Spain, and France, has a diverse and extensive background in the performing arts. She was part of a theatre cabaret in Lyon and served as a singer for the company Cala l'Opérette in Lyon. She later worked at the Lyon Opera and was involved with the Orchestre Régional des Jeunes de Rhône-Alpes. Luna also supplied her harp skills to her teacher at the Orchestre de Lyon and attended the Alice Kays Music School in Lyon.

Her experience extends into television, where she has worked with channels such as Sky, Teleticino, TF1, M6, and W9. She was a dancer and singer in the Swiss television musical "Romeo and Giulia" for Teleticino. Luna has performed as a musician both in various orchestras and as a solo recitalist. She has sung with the Blue Night Duo, collaborating with pianist Joe Fields in Switzerland, and has been dancing flamenco since she was 13, inspired by her mother, who is a dance and theatre teacher.

In 2020, Luna founded Academia Cum Laude, where she teaches languages and music, enjoying performing on stage with her students.

Aurea, the captivating vocalist, comes from a family with a rich musical heritage. After years of dedicated study, she gained stage experience as a member of the British amateur prog-rock band Septarians, further enriching her performance background.

There is no music without expression. Music is timeless, universal, and the deepest expression of the soul. When on stage, everything becomes about frequency and connection... we interpret, we dance, and we share with the audience. It's a moment of pure communication, where energy flows between the performer and the listeners, creating a collective experience that transcends words and touches the very essence of our humanity.
